DLT Registration Process In India
TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) under the TCCCPR 2018 guidelines has mandated all businesses/individuals that want to send SMS in India, to register their business, headers (sender IDs), content templates, and consent templates on any of the DLT platforms.
You may note that, the DLT registration process is a mandatory step to start your SMS campaigns or integrate your SMS to your mobile app or applications.
Document Checklist
1. Company PAN Card / Proprietor PAN Card
2. Address Proof of Company – GST/ CIN/ TAN/ FSSAI/ BSNL Landline Bill/ Water or Electricity Bill (not older than 6 months)/ MSME Certificate
3. GST Certificate
4. CIN / TIN REGISTRATION Certificate (if applicable)
5. Authorised Signatory PAN Card / Aadhar Card
6. Letter of Authorisation on company Letter Head, signed by director/senior management of the company and sealed.
7. A valid mobile number & email (Please mention the valid email ID and contact number in the LOA).
Important Note
A non refundable processing fee of INR 5900 (inclusive of 18% GST) is applicable for new registration, which is to be paid by the entity directly to the respective operator.

The DLT registration process has to be completed with any of the Telecom Operators in India via an online portal powered directly by the operator. The registration URL for each operator is as below -
